Pamela’s Other Passions & Practices
In addition to her Sound Healing practice, Pamela holds a BA in Theater from Grinnell College, is an active actor and jazz vocalist, and has been guiding seniors and their families through the reverse program process for over 22 years.

Pamela came into this world with healing hands and the gift of song.
At age 11, she began transcendental meditation. A certified Kundalini yoga teacher since 1993 with certifications in Reiki and other healing modalities, she combines her vision, gifts, and love to uplift the spirit and guide you to a place of peace in your own inner wisdom.
High vibration love activations with Pamela attune, awaken, and reacquaint us to our soul connection. Sound alchemizes overwhelm into balance and bliss on a cellular level.
In harmony with her family of instruments, she blends in her voice, breathwork, flower essences, crystals, and essential oils to guide your journey.
Pamela is located in St. Petersburg, Florida. Sound Healing sessions are available in her studio at Mind Body Clinic, your location, or virtually.
